Tagliatelli creativo with tuna

Ingredients

  • 250 g

  • 100 g

    canned tuna in olive oil

  • 10

    olives (sliced)

  • 5

    fresh and/or sun-dried cherry tomatoes

  • zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp

    chopped parsley

  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Tagliatelli creativo

Soubry tagliatelli creativo is small, fine and wavy-shaped. This tagliatelli comes in 2 colours, the standard amber yellow colour and a green colour due to the addition of spinach powder. The cooking time is short and this tagliatelli has a very delicate flavour. Try Soubry tagliatelli creativo with some smoked salmon, Boursin cheese and a Soubry rusk. Delicious!

Prepared using free-range eggs.

Preparation

  1. Boil 2 litres of salted water.
  2. Turn off the heat and cook the pasta for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and add the tuna, olives, tomatoes, lemon zest and parsley and mix together.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
