Tagliatelli creativo
Soubry tagliatelli creativo is small, fine and wavy-shaped. This tagliatelli comes in 2 colours, the standard amber yellow colour and a green colour due to the addition of spinach powder. The cooking time is short and this tagliatelli has a very delicate flavour. Try Soubry tagliatelli creativo with some smoked salmon, Boursin cheese and a Soubry rusk. Delicious!
Prepared using free-range eggs.
Preparation
- Boil 2 litres of salted water.
- Turn off the heat and cook the pasta for 3 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add the tuna, olives, tomatoes, lemon zest and parsley and mix together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
